it has been quite pleasant so far though, and i have no regrets :). i found out like two days ago that i am going to key west for a week! whoohoooo! but i havent been able to start art yet because my parents would like for me to start once we're done with our vacay. not good.
one thing that bothers me is that everyone i know seems to be going to hagwon to prepare for the coming schoolyear. that itself isnt bad really, its actually good to prep a little for the load to come. its just that i feel so out of place and dumb. ah maybe i am, who knows. its just that i like to live in the moment, and summer is summer! sometimes i wish i went to hagwon though, so that i dont feel so behind. i promise i'm not going to screw up sophomore year like i did for the ninth grade. i can do thisssssssssss =).

woah, its been quite a while! :D. many new happenings...second semester has started (with the worst schedule ever, i might add), and ecclesia is in a week a day! im excited. im tired. i cant think. ill come back later.

i always come to this when i have the most work to do, it makes no sense at all hahahhaha. my teachers have all insanely decided to postpone all my tests to friday... so i have like three that day + the next week, finals continues on! i have finals for like two weeks or something.. does that even make sense? anyhow i was getting really nostalgic yesterday, specially about honduras 07. spent a good hour just reminiscing by myself when i shouldve been doing homework haha. ah i cant wait till the summer..

once regents week comes, i am gonna have to have some retail therapy and inspaworld therapy haha :)

i really want to go somewhere amazingly beautiful right now, with a picture perfect landscape, and just sit there allllllll day all by myself taking pictures and just soaking in all that goodness. somewhere peaceful and really nice, with a lake or something preferably.
haha i sound like holden caulfield right now what the heck.

ahahhahaah first week was bearable :) the weekend draws near, i cannot wait!

turning over a new leaf

yikes, its 2009 already...
time flies even when youre not having fun!
anyhow, back to school tomorrow, i am so drained and i dont think i can handle the pressure again just yet. i havent even started my homework yet, whoohoo! i've had a good break, i supposed, i was pretty busy. CHRISTMAS on the 25, 26-27 was Glimpse, VBS till 31st after that (even though i couldnt make it the last day), and new years and stuff with the family after. i feel like i did my part, well for the most part at least. everyday i keep reminding myself to update this thing, but i havent had the willpower to do so till now.
hm, everybody is posting the 25 new years resolutions thing on facebook, but im not exactly the type of person to do that stuff. i guess the only resolution(s) i would have is to learn to love unconditionally even though i probably never will be able to, to have a better relationship with God, and to push push push my grades to a 90, which i know will definitely not be easy. i find that the quote "if i am not better, at least i am different" by Jean Jacques Rousseau. theres actually a second part to that quote that goes something along the lines of "i am not like any i have come across", but that isnt too relevant to my usage of the quote hahahaha.

anyways, this has been a most pleasant break, and i am definitely counting down the days till Martin Luther King Jr. day and Regents Week :D
